Q: How does the customer get replacements or returns?

A: Please contact us by email within 7 days after receiving the goods, and upload the product details.

Q: What is condition of goods which buyer can return?

A: Only goods ware damaged or broken when received.

Q: When can the customer return the goods?

A: All returns must be done within 30 days after receiving your item, and be approved by our team.

Q: How long will we accept the customer's return request?

A: Generally speaking, we will take the return request within 24-48 hours.

Q: Who will be repsonsible for the return shipping fee?

A: The buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee, and it's about USD20-80.

Q: When will the customer receive the refund?

A: Our team will issue the refund to the customer in 3-5 business days when we receive the return goods.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
